Having already managed successful campaigns for EMI Classics on Alfie Boe, Natasha Marsh and Celtic Woman we were delighted to be working on the release of the new album from Myleene Klass, 'Myleene's Music for Romance', the first in a series of classical compilations.
The aim of the campaign was to create publicity for the album, communicate the release date and drive traffic to the official 'Myleene's Music' website by targeting high-traffic portals and relevant websites.
We negotiated partnerships with suppliers including the award-winning Lowry Hotel, Manchester's most fashionable hotel, and Colour Me Beautiful, Europe's leading image consultancy. These partnerships enabled us to secure coverage with high profile portals on their entertainment and music channels as well as coverage on more specifically targeted female lifestyle sites.
By strategically placing audio and video assets for added value we also succeeded in securing coverage on bulletins for respected sites such as Classic FM and Yahoo Music.
The overall value of the coverage we secured reached over £130,000 and 'Myleene's Music for Romance' reached the number one spot in the classical chart in its first week of release.
